- 주기(週期)는 일정한 시간마다 같은 현상이 이루어지는 것을 말한다.
- 주기 (물리학) : 물리학에서 주기는 한번 갔다가 돌아오는 운동을 할 때 소요되는 시간으로 진동수의 역수이다. 일정한 주기를 두고 반복되는 운동을 주기운동 또는 조화운동이라고 일컫는다. 단위는 s(초)를 사용한다.
